Installation Process?

Removal Process

The removal process begins by stripping off old shingles and underlayment to expose the roof deck. Flashing is checked, and any damaged sections are taken out along with weakened decking. Once all materials are removed, the surface is cleared of nails and debris, then inspected to ensure it’s ready for new roofing to be installed.

Installation Process

The installation process starts with applying new underlayment to protect against moisture, such as ice and water. Shingles are then installed in rows, starting from the bottom edge and working upward. Flashing is placed around chimneys, vents, and valleys, and ventilation components are added to help with airflow and temperature control, ensuring the roof performs well in all conditions.

Final Process

The final process includes checking the roof for proper sealing and alignment. Any leftover materials or debris are removed from the property. A full inspection is completed to confirm the roof is secure, clean, and ready to handle weather conditions.
